Nestled in the heart of Woodinville, Topline Equestrian Centre is a full-care boarding facility offering training and lessons in Classical Dressage and Western Pleasure.
Situated on a tranquil 9.5 acre farm, Topline offers well-maintained facilities and a fun, safe and healthy environment for horse and rider.
After ending a rewarding 30-year corporate career as a Marketing and Product Development executive, André Cabrera decided it was time to begin a new chapter in her life in which she could marry her deep passion for horses with the business skills that she'd honed over the course of her corporate career.
That new chapter began in late Spring, 2019, when André acquired Topline Equestrian Centre, a tranquil sanctuary for horse and rider providing superior, attentive full-care boarding.
André is humbled and honored to be entrusted with caring for the nearly 40 horses that reside at Topline. In order to ensure a 24/7 on-premise presence, André and her significant other, Jorge, live onsite in the Topline farmhouse built in 1930. André is committed to caring for each and every horse at Topline as if they were her own.
André's passion for horses goes back to her very early childhood when she first learned to ride on her aunt and uncle’s farm in the Midwest. Her desire for more formal training evolved into Hunter / Jumper lessons and showing, which eventually led to earning a spot on the Murray State University Equestrian Team.
Shortly thereafter, André acquired her first off-the-track Thoroughbred, Silent Partner. They had a magical partnership and accomplished great things in the Hunter / Jumper ring during their 5 years together before his premature and unexpected passing.
Fast forward to seven years ago when Jimi Hendrix came into André's life. He’d had a successful two-year racing career at Emerald Downs and Golden Gate Fields until the tragic accident that left him with a fractured knee. That was the end of his racing career. And, as fate would have it, he wound up at the retired racehorse rescue where André was volunteering. Jimi and André were instantly drawn to each other and before long, they arrived at Topline as new boarders in June, 2016. And, the rest was meant to be.
